3. Consultation Process

Our consultation process begins with an initial assessment to determine project fit and requirements. Not all consultation requests will be accepted. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our expertise or capacity.

4. Project Agreements

Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in separate project agreements. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship, while project agreements govern specific engagements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects require an initial deposit before work begins

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Intellectual Property

Custom AI solutions developed specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. However, Azurehorizon retains rights to:

• Pre-existing intellectual property
• Knowledge and experience gained

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. Separate non-disclosure agreements may be executed for sensitive projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Azurehorizon's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI implementations carry inherent risks, and results may vary based on numerous factors.

9. Performance Expectations

While we strive for optimal results, AI implementations depend on data quality, organizational readiness, and external factors. Performance improvements are estimates based on historical data and cannot be guaranteed.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms will be specified in project agreements, including provisions for work completed and outstanding payments.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Angelo, Texas.
